Small Improvements
 
Architectural Control Committee (ACC) approval is required for any small improvements you plan to do on your property.  This includes such projects as swimming pools, patios, changing exterior house paint colors, constructing fences, patio covers, roof replacements and repairs, portable outbuildings (12' x 15' and under), generators, etc.
 
Print and fill out the form below and send it to Tri-Star Community Management for approval before starting any projects.

NOTE
The ACC Committee has 30 day to review ACC applications once all information is initially received. If additional information is required additional time is added to the review timeline.
 

 
Large Improvements
 
Architectural Control Committee (ACC) approval is required for any large improvements such projects as new home construction, garages, large outbuildings (greater than 12' x 15"), etc.  Print and fill out the form below, and send it to Tri-Star Community Management before starting any construction.

Project Letter of Completion
 
Property owners must submit a project letter of completion to the ACC within 15 days of the completion date of an approved project.
